| Special Delivery Services |
| AGM offers several special delivery services to meet the unique needs of our customers. You may request any of the these services through a simple bill of lading (BOL) notation on any of your standard LTL shipments or you can request that a special delivery service apply for all of your shipments. | ON THE DATE "ON" Service |
| AGM's "ON" service provides delivery of your standard LTL shipment exactly on-the-date specified by you, but not earlier than AGM's advertised service. To request this service, simply note "ON" and a requested delivery date on your BOL. |

| BY THE DATE "BY" Service |
| AGM's "BY" service provides delivery of your standard LTL shipment on-or-before-the-date specified by you, but not earlier than AGM's advertised service. To request this service, simply note "BY" and a requested delivery date on your BOL. |

| BETWEEN-THE-DATE "BE" Service |
| AGM's "Between" or "BE" service provides delivery of your standard LTL shipment during-a-three-day-range-of-dates, where the first date of the requested delivery window is one day better than AGM's advertised service. To request this service, simply note "BE" on your BOL. |

| Arrival Notification "ARRNOT" Service |
| AGM's "ARRNOT" service offers you and your customers the flexibility of prior delivery notification, which can help in meeting your customers' special delivery needs. In connection with this ARRNOT service, AGM will contact your customer (the consignee) to determine their specific delivery requirements. To request this service, simply note "ARRNOT" on your BOL. |
